Should I book a Deva Cut?

If you currently wear your hair curly most of the time, or if you’ve been wearing your hair straight but would like to be able to start wearing it curly most of the time, a Deva Cut would be a good service for you.

If you have had haircuts in the past that were cut wet with combs and brushes and they didn’t work for you, I recommend you try a Deva Cut.

What is a Haircut With Blowout?

My Haircut with Blowout service is suitable for all hair types, whether you wear it straight or wavy/curly.

After a thorough consultation I will take you to the shampoo bowl for a relaxing experience, using R and Co shampoo and conditioner, explaining what I am using and why.

After cutting your hair wet to the desired shape I will finish your hair either with a smooth voluminous blowout or in a curly style, using a customized blend of R and Co and/or Olaplex products.

What products do you use/carry?

I carry a selection of R and Co, Deva Curl and Olaplex products; as well as a small selection of Celeb Luxury Gem Lites and Viral color depositing shampoos and conditioners to support your color at home and combat fading.

I include an in-salon Olaplex treatment with every color service (that includes application of color through the ends).

I use Wella and Mydentity color lines, and Trionics developers. For toning I use Redken Shades EQ.

What is Olaplex?

In layman’s terms: Olaplex is an in salon treatment and collection of take home products engineered to restore the health of the hair by repairing broken bonds within the hair shaft. In essence, rebuilding the hair and strengthening it from the inside out.

Even hair that has never been colored or chemically treated can be damaged by the elements, chlorine, pollution, hot water and heat styling. That’s why it’s important to get regular trims (every 6-8 weeks) and use Olaplex to keep your hair healthy and looking it’s best.

Olaplex can benefit any hair, but I especially recommend it for hair that has been colored and/or highlighted. Those with all over bleach should definitely be using Olaplex regularly. This is why I include and Olaplex treatment in all my color services that are applied through the ends of the hair.

There are many “bonders” on the market but only Olaplex holds the patent to the active ingredient. From their website:
